I worked with my clients developing a garden which, is mature and surrounds a cottage dating from the 15th century, requiring a sensitive touch.

A calm, green garden rich in genius loci has been developed for family life.

The front driveway and enclosed back garden work together, with plants unifying the two places.
​
The driveway is framed by mature multistem trees which have been up pruned and a newly planted Yew hedge.
​
The back garden is a private place for children, dogs and entertaining. The structure of box hedging surrounds a verdant lawn which, is balanced with expressive multistem trees casting delicate shadows and creating a feeling of relaxation and intimacy.
